How ONLINE COACHING works

Online coaching is available for three, six, or twelve months and is delivered via the Teambuildr app. You'll receive expert support and accountability to help you efficiently achieve your goals.

The process begins with an in-depth assessment of your training history, injury background, work-life balance, and overall health. Based on this, I create a periodized plan that evolves as you progress. Success in online coaching relies on open communication, so regular feedback allows for ongoing refinement of your program to deliver the best results.

To benefit the most from online coaching, you should:

  • Have an intermediate to advanced training level
  • Have access to a fully equipped gym
